- 3.Add 15ml of Campari for a balanced bitterness.
- 4.Squeeze fresh juice from half a lime and add it to the shaker.
- 5.Drop 2 dashes of orange bitters for aromatic citrus notes.
- 6.Add ice cubes to the shaker, enough to fill halfway.
- 7.Shake the mixture vigorously for 10-15 seconds until the outside of the shaker feels frosty.
- 8.Double strain the mixture into the chilled coupe glass using a fine-mesh strainer.
- 9.Garnish with a thinly sliced twist of orange peel, letting the citrus oils float on the surface.
