The Sunset Shadow is a tropical, citrus-infused delight that combines the deep flavors of Oroma Carajillo with fresh orange juice, coconut cream, and a hint of passion fruit syrup. It creatively balances the bitterness of coffee liqueur with sweet and tangy elements, making it a perfect drink for a warm evening.

- 1.Take a Margarita glass and chill it by placing it in the freezer for about 5 minutes.
- 2.Once chilled, rim the edge of the Margarita glass with a slice of orange to slightly moisten it.
- 3.Gently roll the moistened rim of the glass in a plate with fine brown sugar to give it a sweet crust.
- 4.Fill a shaker with ice cubes to ensure proper cooling of the drink.
- 5.Add 100ml of Oroma Carajillo (our pre-mixed vodka with coffee liqueur, 16% Alc.) into the shaker.
- 6.Pour in 25ml of freshly squeezed orange juice for a burst of citrus flavor.
- 7.Add 20ml of coconut cream to lend a smooth, tropical vibe to the drink.
- 8.Include 15ml of passion fruit syrup for added sweetness and tanginess.
- 9.Shake the ingredients vigorously in the shaker for about 15 seconds until well blended and chilled.
- 10.Carefully strain the mix into the prepared Margarita glass, ensuring not to disturb the sugared rim.
- 11.Garnish with a thin orange peel spiral on the rim to give a visually pleasing effect.
- 12.Optionally, add a small floating edible flower on top for an extra touch of fall evening elegance.
- 13.Serve immediately to enjoy the layered flavors as they reflect the colors of a tropical sunset shadow.
