- 1.Chill a rocks glass in the freezer for at least 5 minutes.
- 2.Shake the Oroma Carajillo can and measure 100ml into a shaker with ice.
- 3.Add 20ml of hazelnut liqueur for a nutty sweetness.
- 4.Pour 15ml of vanilla syrup into the mix.
- 5.Shake the mixture vigorously until well combined and chilled.
- 6.Strain the mix into the chilled rocks glass filled with ice cubes.
- 7.Float 10ml of cold heavy cream gently over the back of a spoon on top of the drink.
Serving Suggestions
Serve chilled in a rocks glass, topped with heavy cream. To enhance the experience, garnish with a few toasted hazelnuts and a vanilla bean. Enjoy it as a dessert cocktail or a late-evening treat.
