- 2.Add ice to a cocktail shaker and shake the 100ml can of Oroma Espresso base for a few seconds to ensure it's mixed well.
- 3.Pour the 100ml Oroma Espresso base into the shaker with ice.
- 4.Add 20ml coffee liqueur to the shaker for added depth of flavor.
- 5.Add 15ml dark chocolate syrup to the shaker for a smooth, rich note.
- 6.Shake the shaker vigorously for about 15 seconds until the ingredients are well combined and chilled.
- 7.Dump the ice water out of the highball glass and strain the cocktail mixture into the glass, leaving room at the top for a fizz.
- 8.Top the drink with a splash of soda water to add effervescence and elevate the espresso notes.
- 9.Gently stir once to incorporate the soda without losing the carbonation.
- 10.Serve immediately as a deliciously strong and smooth digestif.
