INSTRUCTIONS

  1. 1.Chill a coupe glass in the freezer for a few minutes.
  2. 2.Add 50ml of chilled fresh pineapple juice to a cocktail shaker.
  3. 3.Pour the contents of one 100ml Oroma Espresso can into the shaker.
  4. 4.Add 20ml of coconut cream.
  5. 5.Shake vigorously until frothy.
  6. 6.Double strain into the chilled coupe glass.
  7. 7.Sprinkle a small amount of toasted shredded coconut on top for aroma.
