- 1.Chill a margarita glass by placing it in the freezer for 5 minutes.
- 2.Shake 100ml of 'Oroma Espresso' in a shaker filled with ice until frothy and cold.
- 3.Add 15ml coconut cream to the shaker.
- 4.Pour in 30ml of pineapple juice for a tropical hint.
- 5.Add a dash (about 5ml) of vanilla syrup.
- 6.Shake all ingredients vigorously in the shaker.
- 7.Remove margarita glass from the freezer and strain the mixture into the glass.
- 8.Sprinkle a pinch of grated nutmeg on top for aroma and slight spice.
- 9.Finish with a splash of soda water (about 15ml) for a gentle fizz.
