The Tropical Abyss Digestif blends the robust flavors of Oroma Carajillo with a tropical twist. With notes of coffee enriched by pineapple juice and passion fruit liqueur, this cocktail also introduces a hint of fall spice through orange bitters. INSTRUCTIONS

  1. 1.Chill a coupe glass in the freezer for 5 minutes before preparation.
  2. 2.Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
  3. 3.Pour 100ml of 'Oroma Carajillo' into the shaker. It's pre-mixed with vodka, providing a rich coffee flavor with a 16% Alc. by Vol.
  4. 4.Add 15ml of pineapple juice for a tropical sweetness.
  5. 5.Add 10ml of passion fruit liqueur to enhance the tropical flavors.
  6. 6.Add a dash of orange bitters to introduce a hint of fall spice.
  7. 7.Shake vigorously until the mixture is well chilled.
  8. 8.Double strain the mixture into the chilled coupe glass to ensure smoothness.
  9. 9.Garnish with a dehydrated orange wheel and a sprinkle of freshly grated nutmeg.
  10. 10.Serve immediately to enjoy as a Fall digestif.
