INSTRUCTIONS
- 1.Chill a margarita glass by placing it in the freezer for about 10 minutes.
- 2.Remove the glass from the freezer, and run a wedge of fresh pineapple around the rim, then dip the rim into a plate with 2 teaspoons of toasted coconut flakes.
- 3.Fill a shaker with ice cubes, using 1 cup of ice.
- 4.Pour in the content of 1 can (100ml) of Oroma Espresso.
- 5.Add 60ml of fresh pineapple juice.
- 6.Squeeze the juice of 1 lime wedge into the shaker.
- 7.Add 15ml of coconut cream.
- 8.Shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds until the mixture is chilled and well combined.
- 9.Strain the mixture into the prepared margarita glass.
- 10.Garnish with a pineapple slice on the rim and a sprinkle of nutmeg over the top.
