- 1.Chill the coupe glass by placing it in the freezer for 10 minutes.
- 2.Remove the glass from the freezer and rim with a slice of fresh pineapple, then dip it in toasted coconut flakes to create a rim.
- 3.Add 100ml Oroma Carajillo from your chilled can into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- 4.Pour 25ml fresh pineapple juice and 10ml passion fruit syrup into the shaker.
- 5.Squeeze a dash of lime juice from half a lime and add it to the shaker.
- 6.Add 2 dashes of aromatic bitters for complexity and balance.
- 7.Shake well for 10 seconds until the mixture is well-chilled and slightly frothy.
- 8.Double strain the mixture into the prepared coupe glass.
- 9.Garnish with a thin slice of starfruit floating on top and a single hibiscus flower on the side of the glass for an exotic finish.
