The Tropical Carabreeze Martini is a luscious blend of Oroma Carajillo espresso, tropical fruit juices, creamy coconut milk, and a hint of spiced rum. This cocktail delivers a unique balance of bold coffee flavors with the sweet, tangy notes of passionfruit and pineapple, topped with an aromatic rum float.

- 1.Chill a martini glass by placing it in the freezer for at least 5 minutes.
- 2.In a cocktail shaker, combine 100ml Oroma Carajillo canned espresso base with 30ml coconut milk.
- 3.Add 15ml passion fruit juice and 15ml pineapple juice to the shaker.
- 4.Add a few cubes of ice to the shaker.
- 5.Shake vigorously for 15 seconds to blend the ingredients thoroughly.
- 6.Strain the mixture into the chilled martini glass.
- 7.Top with 10ml spiced rum, allowing it to float gently on top.
Serve this cocktail well-chilled with a slice of pineapple on the rim of the glass for extra flair. To elevate the experience, gently sprinkle toasted coconut flakes on top of the rum float right before serving.
