- 2.Pour 100ml Oroma Carajillo into the shaker.
- 3.Add 30ml coconut cream.
- 4.Squeeze 20ml fresh pineapple juice into the mix.
- 5.Measure and add 10ml of fresh lime juice.
- 6.Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.
- 7.Strain into a chilled highball glass filled with ice cubes.
- 8.Top off with 60ml of chilled coconut water.
