INSTRUCTIONS

  1. 1.Chill a margarita glass by placing it in the freezer for 10 minutes.
  2. 2.Remove the chilled glass and rim it with toasted coconut flakes, gently pressing the rim into a plate of coconut flakes until evenly coated.
  3. 3.Pour 100ml Oroma Espresso base into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
  4. 4.Add 30ml coconut cream and 20ml pineapple juice to the shaker.
  5. 5.Shake vigorously for 20 seconds to blend and chill the ingredients thoroughly.
  6. 6.Strain the mixture into the prepared margarita glass.
