The Tropical Espresso Highball is a refreshing, nutty delight that combines the rich, smoothness of Oroma Espresso with creamy coconut milk and vibrant pineapple juice. Enhanced by macadamia nut syrup, this cocktail dazzles with a hint of tropical effervescence offered by sparkling water.

INGREDIENTS

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. 1.Chill a highball glass by filling it with ice and setting it aside.
  2. 2.In a shaker, add 50ml of the Oroma Espresso base.
  3. 3.Add 30ml of coconut milk to the shaker.
  4. 4.Pour in 25ml of fresh pineapple juice.
  5. 5.Add 15ml of macadamia nut syrup for a rich nutty note.
  6. 6.Fill the shaker with ice cubes.
  7. 7.Shake vigorously until well chilled.
  8. 8.Empty the ice from the chilled highball glass.
  9. 9.Strain the mixture into the highball glass filled with fresh ice cubes.
  10. 10.Top with 20ml of sparkling water for effervescence.
