- 1.Chill a rocks glass with ice water for a few minutes, then discard the ice water.
- 2.In a cocktail shaker, add 100ml of Oroma Espresso, ensuring it's chilled.
- 3.Pour 30ml of coconut cream into the shaker, adding a silky tropical note.
- 4.Add 10ml of banana liqueur to enhance the tropical flair.
- 5.Measure and add 10ml of macadamia syrup to the shaker for a nutty undertone.
- 6.Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 10-15 seconds until the mixture is frothy and well chilled.
- 7.Strain the shake into the chilled rocks glass over fresh ice.
- 8.Float 15ml of passion fruit juice gently over the top using the back of a spoon.
