INSTRUCTIONS

  1. 1.Chill a rocks glass with ice water for a few minutes, then discard the ice water.
  2. 2.In a cocktail shaker, add 100ml of Oroma Espresso, ensuring it's chilled.
  3. 3.Pour 30ml of coconut cream into the shaker, adding a silky tropical note.
  4. 4.Add 10ml of banana liqueur to enhance the tropical flair.
  5. 5.Measure and add 10ml of macadamia syrup to the shaker for a nutty undertone.
  6. 6.Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 10-15 seconds until the mixture is frothy and well chilled.
  7. 7.Strain the shake into the chilled rocks glass over fresh ice.
  8. 8.Float 15ml of passion fruit juice gently over the top using the back of a spoon.
  9. 9.Serve immediately to enjoy the balance of espresso and tropical flavors.
