- 2.Pour 100ml of 'Oroma Carajillo' over the ice in the shaker.
- 3.Add 50ml of fresh pineapple juice to the shaker.
- 4.Pour in 25ml of coconut cream for tropical richness.
- 5.Add 15ml of freshly squeezed lime juice to balance the sweetness.
- 6.Shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
- 7.Fill a highball glass with crushed ice.
- 8.Strain the mixture from the shaker into the glass.
- 9.Top off the drink with 30ml of sparkling water for a refreshing finish.
- 10.Give it a gentle stir to combine.
