- 1.Chill a martini glass by filling it with ice water for a few minutes, then discard the ice water.
- 2.In a cocktail shaker, pour the Oroma Espresso can (100ml), the vodka and coffee mix.
- 3.Add 25ml of coconut milk for a creamy tropical texture.
- 4.Measure and add 20ml of pineapple juice for a touch of tropical sweetness.
- 5.Add a dash of vanilla extract (around 2ml) for a warm fall note.
- 6.Include 3 dashes of aromatic bitters to enhance complexity and balance.
- 7.Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds until well-chilled.
- 8.Strain the mix into the chilled martini glass using a fine mesh strainer.
- 9.Finish by grating fresh nutmeg over the top for an aromatic and autumnal touch.
