- 1.Chill a highball glass in the freezer.
- 2.Pour 100ml of Oroma Carajillo into the highball glass.
- 3.Add 20ml of coconut cream and stir gently.
- 4.Add 10ml of freshly squeezed lime juice.
- 5.Stir in 5ml of honey for a touch of winter sweetness.
- 6.Fill the glass with ice cubes, leaving about a finger-width of space from the rim.
- 7.Gently float 20ml of dark rum on top, allowing it to cascade into the drink.
- 8.Add 30ml of pineapple juice, slowly pouring it over the back of a spoon for a layered effect.
- 9.Stir gently to combine the flavors, making sure not to disturb the layers too much.
