- 1.Chill a highball glass by filling it with ice and set it aside.
- 2.Pour 100ml of 'Oroma Carajillo' into a shaker.
- 3.Add 30ml of passion fruit juice.
- 4.Add 15ml of coconut milk.
- 5.Add 15ml of fresh pineapple juice.
- 6.Add 10ml of simple syrup.
- 7.Fill shaker with ice.
- 8.Shake vigorously until well chilled.
- 9.Empty the ice from the highball glass.
- 10.Strain the mix into the glass over fresh ice.
- 11.Gently stir with a bar spoon.
- 12.Top with 60ml of club soda.
