INSTRUCTIONS

  1. 1.Chill a rocks glass in the freezer for 10 minutes.
  2. 2.Shake 100ml Oroma Espresso Base in the can to ensure it's mixed.
  3. 3.Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  4. 4.Pour the entire content of the Oroma Espresso can into the shaker.
  5. 5.Add 30ml coconut milk to the shaker.
  6. 6.Add 10ml passion fruit syrup.
  7. 7.Add 5ml almond extract.
  8. 8.Shake vigorously until the shaker is frosty.
  9. 9.Strain the mixture into the chilled rocks glass filled with fresh ice cubes.
  10. 10.Dust a pinch of fresh grated nutmeg over the top.
