- 1.Chill a rocks glass by placing it in the freezer for at least 15 minutes.
- 2.Remove the chilled rocks glass and set aside.
- 3.Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
- 4.Add 100ml of Oroma Carajillo to the shaker.
- 5.Pour 30ml of pineapple juice into the shaker.
- 6.Add 15ml of passion fruit syrup to the shaker.
- 7.Shake vigorously for 15 seconds to combine and chill the ingredients.
- 8.Strain the mixture into the prepared rocks glass.
- 9.Slowly float 10ml of dark rum on top by pouring over the back of a spoon.
- 10.Place a cocktail stirrer into the drink, and serve immediately.
