- 2.In a shaker, add 100ml Oroma Carajillo.
- 3.Add 30ml of passion fruit puree.
- 4.Add 20ml of coconut cream.
- 5.Add 15ml of fresh ginger syrup.
- 6.Add 10ml of spiced rum.
- 7.Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
- 8.Double strain into the chilled coupe glass.
