- 4.Squeeze juice from 25ml of fresh lemon into the shaker to add a sour bite.
- 5.Include 10ml simple syrup for a touch of sweetness.
- 6.Measure 15ml egg white into the shaker for a frothy texture.
- 7.Shake all ingredients vigorously without ice for a dry shake to froth the egg white.
- 8.Add a few more ice cubes into the shaker and shake again until well-chilled.
- 9.Double strain the mixture into the prepared chilled coupe glass to achieve a smooth finish.
- 10.Garnish with a twist of lemon peel, gently twisting over the glass to release the aromatic oils.
- 11.Place a single coffee bean gently on the foam for an elegant finish.
