The Twilight Consort is a luxurious cocktail blending Oroma Carajillo with coffee liqueur and hints of vanilla and amaretto. It's topped with a fine dusting of cocoa powder, adding warmth and complexity to this dessert-inspired drink.
INGREDIENTS
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1.Chill a Margarita glass by filling it with ice and water, set aside while preparing the drink.
- 2.In a cocktail shaker, combine 100ml of Oroma Carajillo from the can.
- 3.Add 30ml of coffee liqueur.
- 4.Pour 15ml of vanilla syrup into the shaker.
- 5.Add 15ml of amaretto.
- 6.Measure 10ml of cold brew coffee for a richer texture and pour in.
- 7.Add ice to the shaker, filling it halfway.
- 8.Shake vigorously for about 20 seconds until well chilled.
- 9.Discard the ice and water from the Margarita glass and strain the mixture into it.
- 10.Dust lightly with a sprinkle of cocoa powder for a hint of warmth.
Serving Suggestions
Serve the Twilight Consort in a chilled Margarita glass. It's beautifully complemented by a side of dark chocolate or biscotti, making it perfect to enjoy after dinner.
