- 1.Chill a highball glass in the freezer for 5 minutes.
- 2.Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- 3.Pour 100ml Oroma Carajillo from the can into the shaker.
- 4.Add 25ml fresh lemon juice.
- 5.Pour in 15ml elderflower cordial.
- 6.Measure 10ml simple syrup and add to the shaker.
- 7.Shake vigorously for 10 seconds until well mixed and chilled.
- 8.Strain into the chilled highball glass filled with fresh ice.
- 9.Top with 60ml chilled club soda for a refreshing fizz.
