- 1.Chill a coupe glass by placing it in the freezer for at least 10 minutes or fill it with ice and water to cool while preparing the drink.
- 2.Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- 3.Pour the contents of one 100ml can of Oroma Espresso into the shaker.
- 4.Add 30ml of Campari for the bitter essence.
- 5.Add 20ml of Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur for a sweet cherry aroma.
- 6.Squeeze a fresh slice of grapefruit to extract 10ml juice and add it to the mix.
- 7.Shake the mixture vigorously until the exterior of the shaker becomes frosty cold, about 15-20 seconds.
- 8.Double strain the cocktail through a fine-mesh strainer into the chilled coupe glass to ensure a smooth finish.
- 9.Garnish with a delicate grapefruit twist perched on the rim of the coupe glass.
