  2. 2.Pour 100ml of Oroma Carajillo into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
  3. 3.Add 25ml of fresh lemon juice to the shaker.
  4. 4.Measure and add 15ml of simple syrup to balance the sourness.
  5. 5.Add an egg white for a creamy texture and foam.
  6. 6.Seal the shaker and dry shake vigorously without ice for 15 seconds to emulsify the egg white.
  7. 7.Add ice to the shaker and shake again for 30 seconds until well-chilled.
  8. 8.Double strain the mixture into the chilled martini glass.
  9. 9.Allow the foam to settle at the top, creating a creamy head.
