INGREDIENTS

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. 1.Chill a coupe glass in the refrigerator.
  2. 2.In a cocktail shaker, pour 100ml of Oroma Espresso canned drink.
  3. 3.Add 20ml of freshly brewed espresso.
  4. 4.Include 15ml of lemon juice.
  5. 5.Pour 15ml of vanilla syrup.
  6. 6.Add 1 dash of chocolate bitters.
  7. 7.Crack an egg, separating out the white, and add it into the shaker.
  8. 8.Dry shake (no ice) vigorously for 10 seconds to emulsify the egg white.
  9. 9.Add ice to the shaker, then shake again for an additional 10 seconds until chilled.
  10. 10.Double strain the mixture into the chilled coupe glass.
  11. 11.Finish with a light dusting of cocoa powder over the foam top.
