- 1.Chill a Highball glass in the freezer for about 10 minutes to ensure it's perfectly frosted.
- 2.Add 3 large ice cubes to the chilled Highball glass.
- 3.Pour the contents of one 100ml can of Oroma Carajillo directly over the ice cubes.
- 4.Gently stir with a bar spoon to blend the cold liquid evenly, ensuring a balanced mix with the ice.
- 5.In a small saucepan, gently heat 10ml of anise syrup until just warm, then drizzle into the glass, allowing it to subtly mingle and bring out the bitter notes of the Carajillo.
- 6.Float 20ml of Angostura bitters over the top by slowly pouring over the back of a spoon for a bitter and aromatic finish.
- 7.Using a vegetable peeler, garnish with a twist of orange peel over the drink, allowing the citrus oils to enhance the aroma.
- 8.Gently nestle the orange peel twist into the drink.
