INSTRUCTIONS

  1. 1.Chill a highball glass with ice and set aside.
  2. 2.In a cocktail shaker, combine 100ml Oroma Carajillo, 25ml fresh lemon juice, and 15ml simple syrup.
  3. 3.Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously for about 10 seconds.
  4. 4.Discard ice from the chilled glass, and strain the mixture into the highball glass filled with fresh ice.
  5. 5.Add a splash (approximately 15ml) of soda water to give the cocktail a gentle fizz.
  6. 6.Stir lightly with a bar spoon to combine the ingredients smoothly.
  7. 7.Serve with a few candied ginger pieces skewered on a cocktail pick, resting on the rim.
