- 1.Chill a rocks glass by filling it with ice water.
- 2.Shake and pour the Oroma Carajillo base can (100ml) directly into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- 3.Add 20ml of hazelnut liqueur to the shaker.
- 4.Pour in 10ml of vanilla syrup for sweetness.
- 5.Shake vigorously for about 20 seconds.
- 6.Discard the ice water from the rocks glass and add fresh ice.
- 7.Strain the shaken mixture into the prepared rocks glass.
- 8.Slowly pour 20ml of cold cream over the back of a spoon, allowing it to float atop the drink.
