INSTRUCTIONS

  1. 1.Chill a rocks glass by filling it with ice water.
  2. 2.Shake and pour the Oroma Carajillo base can (100ml) directly into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
  3. 3.Add 20ml of hazelnut liqueur to the shaker.
  4. 4.Pour in 10ml of vanilla syrup for sweetness.
  5. 5.Shake vigorously for about 20 seconds.
  6. 6.Discard the ice water from the rocks glass and add fresh ice.
  7. 7.Strain the shaken mixture into the prepared rocks glass.
  8. 8.Slowly pour 20ml of cold cream over the back of a spoon, allowing it to float atop the drink.
