INSTRUCTIONS

  1. 1.Chill a coupe glass in the freezer for 10 minutes or fill it with ice water until needed.
  2. 2.Remove the coupe glass from the freezer and discard any ice or water used to chill it.
  3. 3.Pour 100ml Oroma Espresso into a cocktail shaker filled halfway with ice.
  4. 4.Add 15ml of rich maple syrup to the shaker for a sweet, fall essence.
  5. 5.Squeeze and add the juice of half a blood orange (approximately 15ml) to enhance the autumn hue and acidity.
  6. 6.Add a dash (about 2ml) of Angostura bitters to amplify the richness of the flavor profile.
  7. 7.Shake the mixture vigorously for about 15 seconds, ensuring the ice dilutes the drink just enough and ingredients are well combined.
  8. 8.Strain the drink into the chilled coupe glass, taking care not to pour any ice.
