INSTRUCTIONS

  1. 1.Chill a highball glass in the freezer for 5 minutes.
  2. 2.In a cocktail shaker, add ice cubes to fill halfway.
  3. 3.Pour 100ml of Oroma Espresso base into the shaker.
  4. 4.Add 25ml of heavy cream to the shaker.
  5. 5.Add 10ml of vanilla syrup to the mix.
  6. 6.Shake the mixture vigorously for 15 seconds until well combined and frothy.
  7. 7.Strain the mixture into the chilled highball glass.
  8. 8.Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg over the top.
