- 1.Fill a rocks glass with ice cubes to chill the glass and set aside.
- 2.Pour 100ml of Oroma Carajillo into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- 3.Add 30ml of cold brew coffee to enhance the richness of the espresso base.
- 4.Add 15ml of coffee liqueur for added depth and sweetness.
- 5.Pour in 10ml of Amaretto for a nutty undertone.
- 6.Shake vigorously until well chilled, about 15 seconds.
- 7.Dump the ice from the rocks glass, strain the mixture into the glass.
- 8.Gently float 5ml of heavy cream over the top of the drink, using the back of a spoon for a silky finish.
