- 1.Chill a coupe glass in the freezer while preparing the drink.
- 2.In a cocktail shaker, pour one 100ml can of Oroma Carajillo base.
- 3.Add 50ml of heavy cream to the shaker.
- 4.Introduce 20ml of vanilla syrup for a smooth, aromatic sweetness.
- 5.Add ice to the shaker until 3/4 full.
- 6.Shake vigorously for 20 seconds until the outside of the shaker is frosty and the mixture is well combined.
- 7.Double strain the mixture into the chilled coupe glass, allowing a smooth pour with a delicate crema on top.
