INSTRUCTIONS

  1. 1.Chill a rocks glass in the freezer for 15 minutes.
  2. 2.Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes, about half full.
  3. 3.Pour 100ml of Oroma Carajillo into the shaker.
  4. 4.Add 20ml of dark chocolate liqueur to the shaker.
  5. 5.Measure and pour 15ml of cold-brew coffee concentrate into the mix.
  6. 6.Drizzle 10ml of rich vanilla syrup over the ice.
  7. 7.Shake vigorously for 15 seconds until frosty and well-mixed.
  8. 8.Strain the blend into the chilled rocks glass over fresh large ice cubes.
  9. 9.Finish with a few flakes of sea salt, sprinkled delicately over the surface.
