INGREDIENTS
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1.Chill a coupe glass by placing it in the freezer or filling it with ice and cold water, setting it aside.
- 2.Add ice cubes to a shaker until it's half full.
- 3.Pour 100ml Oroma Carajillo from the can into the shaker.
- 4.Add 50ml of coffee liqueur into the shaker.
- 5.Pour 25ml of Irish cream into the shaker.
- 6.Add a splash of pure vanilla extract into the shaker.
- 7.Seal the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled and the outside of the shaker feels cold.
- 8.Remove ice from the coupe glass if used for chilling.
- 9.Double strain the mixture into the chilled coupe glass using a fine mesh strainer.
- 10.Gently pour 30ml of heavy cream over the back of a spoon held just above the surface of the drink to create a thin creamy layer.
