- 1.Chill the rocks glass by filling it with ice water and setting aside.
- 2.In a shaker, pour 100ml of Oroma Carajillo base.
- 3.Add 15ml of coffee liqueur.
- 4.Add 20ml of vanilla simple syrup.
- 5.Add 15ml of cold brew coffee.
- 6.Fill shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 20 seconds until chilled and frothy.
- 7.Discard ice water from the rocks glass, and fine strain the mixture into the glass.
- 8.Gently float 10ml of heavy cream on top using the back of a spoon.
