- 1.Chill a highball glass by filling it with ice water, let it sit while preparing the drink.
- 2.Fill a shaker with ice cubes to chill your mix as you prepare the drink.
- 3.Pour one 100ml can of Oroma Espresso into the shaker.
- 4.Add 25ml freshly squeezed lemon juice to the shaker.
- 5.Include 15ml rich simple syrup (2 parts sugar to 1 part water) to balance the sour.
- 6.Measure and add 10ml Amaro (Italian herbal liqueur) to deepen the complexity.
- 7.Vigorously shake the mixture for about 10-15 seconds until well combined and chilled.
- 8.Dump the ice water from the highball glass, and strain the mixture into the chilled glass over fresh ice.
