- 1.Chill a margarita glass by placing it in the freezer for a few minutes or fill with ice and water while preparing the drink.
- 2.In a cocktail shaker, pour 100ml Oroma Carajillo (or one can) into the shaker.
- 3.Add 50ml of heavy cream into the shaker for a creamy texture.
- 4.Add 25ml coconut cream to bring out tropical notes suitable for summer.
- 5.Add 15ml coffee liqueur to intensify the coffee flavor.
- 6.Add a few ice cubes to the shaker.
- 7.Secure the lid of the shaker tightly, and shake vigorously for 20 seconds until the mixture is well blended and chilled.
- 8.Remove the ice and water from the chilled margarita glass if used.
- 9.Strain the mixture into the chilled margarita glass using a fine-mesh strainer for smoothness.
- 10.Serve immediately, ideally with light appetizers as an aperitif.
