- 1.Chill a highball glass in the refrigerator.
- 2.Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
- 3.Pour 100ml Oroma Espresso into the shaker.
- 4.Add 30ml coffee liqueur into the shaker.
- 5.Squeeze and strain 20ml fresh lemon juice into the shaker.
- 6.Add 15ml simple syrup for sweetness.
- 7.Seal the shaker and shake vigorously for 15 seconds until well chilled.
- 8.Strain the mixture into the chilled highball glass filled with ice.
- 9.Top with 60ml sparkling water to give it a fizzy finish.
