INSTRUCTIONS

  1. 1.Start by chilling a highball glass in the freezer for 5 minutes.
  2. 2.Pour 100ml Oroma Espresso from the can into the chilled highball glass.
  3. 3.Add 30ml cream liqueur into the glass to add sweetness.
  4. 4.Gently pour 10ml almond syrup to the side of the glass to create layers.
  5. 5.Stir slightly with a bar spoon to mix while maintaining some layering effect.
  6. 6.Add 3 coffee ice cubes to the drink (made by freezing espresso in ice cube trays).
  7. 7.Top with a light dusting of cinnamon for aroma and warmth.
  8. 8.Serve immediately with a stirrer.
