- 1.Chill a coupe glass by placing it in the freezer for 10 minutes.
- 2.Once chilled, remove the glass from the freezer and set aside.
- 3.Fill a shaker with ice cubes until three-quarters full.
- 4.Pour 100ml of 'Oroma Carajillo' into the shaker over the ice.
- 5.Add 20ml of premium dark rum to the shaker.
- 6.Pour in 15ml of almond orgeat syrup.
- 7.Add a dash of black walnut bitters.
- 8.Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds to ensure a smooth blend and frothy texture.
- 9.Double strain the contents into the chilled coupe glass to catch any ice chips.
