- 1.Chill a coupe glass in the freezer or fill it with ice and water, then set aside to chill.
- 2.Prepare an espresso by brewing 1 shot of espresso and allow it to cool slightly.
- 3.In a shaker, combine 100ml Oroma Carajillo and the freshly brewed espresso.
- 4.Add 15ml dark chocolate liqueur to the shaker.
- 5.Add 15ml cream liqueur to the shaker for smoothness.
- 6.Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously until well-chilled, about 15 seconds.
- 7.Double strain the mixture into the chilled coupe glass to ensure smoothness.
- 8.Let it rest for a few seconds to form a silky froth on top.
