- 1.Chill a highball glass by placing it in the freezer for a few minutes or filling it with ice water, then discarding the ice.
- 2.Pour 100ml of Oroma Espresso (espresso vodka) into a cocktail shaker.
- 3.Add 25ml fresh lemon juice to the shaker.
- 4.Add 20ml of simple syrup into the shaker.
- 5.Add a splash of egg white, approximately 10ml, for a frothy texture.
- 6.Shake the mixture vigorously without ice to create an initial foam with the egg white (dry shake).
- 7.Add a handful of ice cubes into the shaker and shake again, this time for cooling (wet shake).
- 8.Strain the mixture into the chilled highball glass filled with fresh ice cubes.
- 9.Serve immediately, observing the thick, velvety foam layer on top of the sour cocktail.
