- 1.Chill a highball glass by filling it with ice cubes and set aside.
- 2.In a shaker, pour 100ml of Oroma Carajillo base and add 50ml of pineapple juice.
- 3.Add 20ml of coconut cream to the shaker.
- 4.Add 15ml of grenadine syrup to enhance the sweetness.
- 5.Fill the shaker with ice and shake well until the outside is frosty.
- 6.Empty the chilled highball glass of ice and strain the mixture into it.
- 7.Top with a splash of soda water for effervescence.
- 8.Garnish with a fresh pineapple wedge and a sprig of mint for a tropical touch.
