INSTRUCTIONS

  1. 1.Chill a martini glass by placing it in the freezer or filling it with ice water; set aside.
  2. 2.Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
  3. 3.Add 100ml of Oroma Espresso (pre-chilled) to the shaker.
  4. 4.Add 30ml of vanilla liqueur to enhance the creaminess and provide a subtle sweetness.
  5. 5.Pour in 15ml of hazelnut syrup for a nutty undertone that complements the espresso base.
  6. 6.Add 10ml of heavy cream to the shaker for a velvety texture.
  7. 7.Shake the mixture vigorously for about 20 seconds to create a frothy blend.
  8. 8.Discard the ice water from the martini glass if using to chill, and strain the mixture into the prepared glass.
