- 3.Add 100ml of Oroma Carajillo to the shaker.
- 4.Add 30ml of half-and-half to enhance creaminess.
- 5.Add 15ml of vanilla syrup for sweetness.
- 6.Fill shaker with ice and shake well until chilled and frothy.
- 7.Strain the mixture into the chilled coupe glass.
- 8.Top the drink with the prepared egg white foam for a velvety texture.
- 9.Serve immediately, allowing the foam to gently settle over the creamy base.
