INSTRUCTIONS

  2. 2.Prepare the foam: In a shaker, add 1 egg white and dry shake it to create a foam, about 15 seconds.
  3. 3.Add 100ml of Oroma Carajillo to the shaker.
  4. 4.Add 30ml of half-and-half to enhance creaminess.
  5. 5.Add 15ml of vanilla syrup for sweetness.
  6. 6.Fill shaker with ice and shake well until chilled and frothy.
  7. 7.Strain the mixture into the chilled coupe glass.
  8. 8.Top the drink with the prepared egg white foam for a velvety texture.
  9. 9.Serve immediately, allowing the foam to gently settle over the creamy base.
