The Vesper Elixir is a refreshing cocktail with a unique blend of bitter-sweet Campari, sweet vermouth, and the robust base of Oroma Carajillo. It is invigorated with a splash of grapefruit juice and cardamom, complemented by effervescent soda water.

- 1.Fill a highball glass with ice cubes to chill the glass.
- 2.Measure and pour 100ml of Oroma Carajillo into a mixing glass over the ice cubes.
- 3.Add 15ml Campari to the mixing glass, infusing a bitter undertone.
- 4.Gently pour 10ml sweet vermouth, offering a subtle sweetness.
- 5.Stir the mixture thoroughly until well-chilled and integrated.
- 6.In a separate glass, combine 20ml grapefruit juice and a pinch of ground cardamom, stir gently.
- 7.Add the grapefruit and cardamom mix to the highball glass with the base mix.
- 8.Give a gentle stir, then add a splash of soda water to bring effervescence.
- 9.Stir briefly again and adjust to taste if necessary.
Serving Suggestions
