- 1.Fill a highball glass with ice cubes until two-thirds full.
- 2.Pour the entire can (100ml) of Oroma Carajillo into the glass over the ice.
- 3.Add 20ml of fresh-squeezed lime juice.
- 4.Add 10ml of blue curaçao.
- 5.Top up with 50ml of soda water.
- 6.Stir gently with a bar spoon to combine.
- 7.Serve immediately.
