- 1.Chill a rocks glass in the freezer for 10 minutes.
- 2.Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice cubes.
- 3.Pour in one can of 'Oroma Carajillo'.
- 4.Add 20ml of elderflower liqueur.
- 5.Measure and pour 10ml of lavender syrup.
- 6.Add 15ml of crème de violet.
- 7.Shake vigorously until well chilled, approximately 15 seconds.
- 8.Remove the rocks glass from the freezer.
- 9.Fill the glass halfway with fresh ice cubes.
- 10.Strain the mixture from the shaker into the rocks glass.
- 11.Gently float 20ml of heavy cream over the surface of the drink using the back of a spoon.
